Games That Give Free Robux: What's Real and What's Bait

Is there a Roblox game that gives you free Robux just for playing? Not in the way most videos promise. But a few things that look like "Robux games" are real. Here is how to tell them apart.

Can a Roblox game give you Robux?

Not by itself. Robux only come from Roblox, so a game has no button that creates them. When Robux change hands inside a game, it is because one player bought something from another, for example a game pass. That is how every real "Robux game" works.

Donation games like PLS DONATE

In donation games, players set up a stand with their own game passes, and other players can buy them to donate Robux. The money is real, but it comes from other players, Roblox keeps its usual 30% marketplace fee, and new Robux show up as pending for a few days before you can spend them. Many people stand for hours and receive nothing, so think of it as a lucky bonus rather than an income.

Games that say "free Robux" in the title

Obbies and simulators named "Free Robux" or "Robux tycoon" use the words to get clicks. At best they give in-game currency with the same name; at worst they push you to a website that asks for your password or a survey. Never leave a game to "claim" Robux somewhere else.

Making your own game

The way creators really earn Robux in games is by making one. Roblox Studio is free, and you can sell game passes and developer products in your experience, keeping 70% of each sale. It takes time to build something people want to play, but this is where nearly all Robux earned on Roblox comes from. Our guide to earning Robux explains the steps.

Earning Robux by playing quizzes

Robux Quiz is a free quiz game outside Roblox. You answer questions about Blox Fruits, Grow a Garden, Steal a Brainrot, Doors and other games, and every correct answer earns coins. You can cash coins out for Robux from 100 Robux, and a person checks every request. It is slow and steady rather than instant, and it never asks for your password. How our rewards work.
