Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Short version: you can play without an account, email or password. We keep your game progress and, only if you choose to link one, your public Roblox profile. We never ask for your Roblox password and we do not sell personal information.
Who we are
Robux Quiz is a fan-made quiz game at robuxquiz.com and in the Robux Quiz app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Questions about this policy: support@robuxquiz.com.
What we store
-
A guest ID. A random identifier kept in one cookie
(
bloxquest) so your progress is still there next time. - Game progress. Rounds played, answers and scores, coins, gems, XP, streaks and the display name you choose.
- A linked Roblox account, if you add one. The public username, display name, user ID and avatar picture that Roblox shows on anyone's profile, plus a temporary code used to confirm the account is yours.
- Payout requests: the amount, the Roblox account and the status of each request.
- Basic server logs. IP address and request times, used briefly to stop abuse and keep the service running.
- Usage analytics (see "Analytics" below): which pages are visited, which buttons are tapped, how long pages take to load, and errors the site runs into.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand which quizzes people enjoy and to find bugs. It runs through our own address (robuxquiz.com/rqx), and the game asks you once, in a small box, whether you allow it.
- Before you choose: visits are counted anonymously. Nothing is saved on your device and visits are not linked to each other or to you.
- If you allow it: your device is remembered with a random analytics ID, so we can see how players move through the game. We may also record how pages are used (clicks and scrolling) to fix problems. Everything you type is hidden in these recordings, and so is your display name.
- If you choose "No thanks": analytics are switched off completely.
- Players who say they are under 13 are never recorded or identified, whatever they choose.
- The analytics ID is a one-way scramble of your guest ID. It cannot be turned back into your guest ID or used to open your account.
- Analytics are never used for advertising, and never shared or sold.
You can change your answer at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of the game.
What we do not do
- We never ask for or store your Roblox password.
- We do not collect your email, phone number, location or contacts.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- The website shows no advertising and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only optional storage is the analytics described below, and only if you allow it.
Children
Players under 13 can play without giving us any contact details. We collect only what is needed to save their game, and we never ask for an age, a date of birth, an email address or a password. Linking a Roblox account to request payouts uses only its public profile and a code the player puts in it; we ask players under 13 to do this with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian who wants a child's data removed can email us and we will delete it.
Services we use
- Roblox public APIs, only when you link an account, to look up the public profile you entered.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces and sees your IP address when it does.
- PostHog (PostHog Inc., data stored in the United States), for the analytics described above. IP addresses are not stored with analytics events.
- Our web host, which runs the servers this data is stored on.
- Mobile app only: Google AdMob may show ads, using the age and consent settings described in the app.
How long we keep it
Game progress is kept while you keep playing. Accounts inactive for 18 months may be deleted. Payout records are kept as long as needed to handle disputes and fraud.
Your choices
Allow or refuse analytics at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of the game. Clearing this site's cookies starts a fresh guest account. To have your data deleted or to ask what we hold, email support@robuxquiz.com. If you are in the EU, UK or California you also have the rights your local law gives you, including access, correction and deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above, and point out important changes inside the game.
